Lighting Control
Has Never Been That Easy
Adaptive lighting control system for commercial, industrial and sports facilities. Does not require special competencies for integration, configuration, operation and use
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
OF THE LIGHTING CONTROL SYSTEM
  • Energy Saving
Reduce lighting energy consumption by up to 75%
  • Service Life Extension
The resource of luminaries is spent 2-3 times longer
  • Satisfaction Improvement
Lighting suits the situation, the mood or the task at hand
  • Regulations and Standards
    Government Decrees, LEED2009, BREEAM
  • Increased Security
Exclusion of situations of performance of work or the presence of people in unlit rooms
  • Minimization of Manual Control
Fully automatic operation of the system does not require the participation of people
  • Simplification of Operation
Fault notifications and display of the installation location of the faulty equipment
  • Improving the Appearance of the Building
Drawing attention to a building or object. Increasing the memorability, uniqueness and image of a modern company

HOW IT WORKS
Each D4i-enabled street luminaire is equipped with an individual controller that communicates with the nearest gateway over the LoRaWAN network. Data exchange is managed via the AWALUX LoRaWAN Network Server.
Installed on site, the gateway connects luminaires to the AWALUX server via a 3G/4G mobile network using a SIM card (optional). A single gateway can support up to 500 luminaires within a coverage radius of up to 2 km.
The existing cellular infrastructure provides data transmission between the LoRaWAN gateway, the luminaires, and the AWALUX server over the 3G/4G mobile network.
The AWALUX local server stores, processes, and manages data related to the facility’s outdoor lighting system, while enabling full luminaire control through the AWALUX lighting management software.
The application can be installed on one or multiple user devices with Internet access (optional). Luminaire control is activated once connected to the local AWALUX server. Prior system commissioning is required.
